VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT

In accordance with compliance with all regulatory agencies, foreign or domestic (worldwide), DIGIPON and its sister company GoBeyond325 systems are fully registered in the State of Nevada and the State of California.  

I fully understand and agree: YES

I am also fully aware about all the programs and goals of the company, and I am a consenting adult with the right age and mind to make my own decisions to join the company and its platform without coercion or was forced to join.

I am fully responsible of all my actions, and I understand and have done my own due diligence prior to joining the DIGIPON & GoBeyond325 program and to source out my own self equity crowdfunding activity so I can fund my own project and also help in the funding of the Company Project which is the “Conversion of used cooking oil into biodiesel”. 

I fully understand and agree: YES

I am also fully aware, and I fully understand that the GoBeyond325 & DIGIPON Company it’s Owners, Officers, Management, and its Affiliates does not in any way Guarantee the outcome and was never promised anything in return of my E-Commerce or Self Equity Crowdfunding platform or any activity related to me joining the company, and they will “NOT” be held RESPONSIBLE, CRIMINAL, or CIVIL in any way of me joining the program, it is entirely on me, and it is my full responsibility and have done my full diligence about the company and its programs which is conducted online (Face to Face meetings are also optional).

I hereby request to join and be a part of the GoBeyond325 & DIGIPON E-Commerce and Self Equity crowdfunding platform using their own proprietary software system for my own E-Commerce and Self Equity Crowdfunding platform (Not a Company Platform) and a prayer to be approved to be a new Member and Subscriber.   

I fully Agree and Understand: YES

I fully understand that the one-time Application, License and Lifetime Membership fee of $100.00 or any AMOUNT stated during and after the program is for that purpose only an Application & Lifetime Membership to use the proprietary software only. 

I fully Agree and Understand: YES

I fully understand that any money I raise, or rewards may be considered as an income, and it is my full duty and responsibility to report my rewards or earnings (Not the Company GoBeyond325 or DIGIPON) to any Bureau of Internal Revenue service or any tax regulating agency in the country the member is located or registered if it is required by law. 

I fully Agree and Understand: YES

I also fully understand that GoBeyond325 & DIGIPON is an E-Commerce and Self Equity Crowdsourcing platform and is not an Investment Company, does not engage in any Ponzi Scheme, does not collect funds for investments.  I also understand that the Self Equity Crowdfunding program is not a Business Opportunity in which I am promised something in return.

I fully Agree and Understand: YES

I fully understand and agree to follow all guidelines and policy set forth by the company and will not disclose, change, misrepresent, copyright infringement (copying of the program design), share, or sell any information without prior permission of the company, any violation of these terms could forfeit my membership, be fined up to $500,000.00 U.S. Dollars, and I may lose my position, membership and all my activities including all funds I have in the program.

I also fully agree that if I am not able to continue with the program or manage a minimum of Two (2) potential members as required, I may lose my platform, position, and my lifetime membership including any remaining funds in my account, including the fee that I paid will no longer be “REFUNDABLE”.

I also fully agree and understand that the system is not perfect, so the Company may from time to time evaluate and revise the distribution of funds, compensation, and matrix to insure the sustainability of the program if necessary.

In part of, and in accordance with any Self Equity Crowdfunding policy in every country it will be an Equity-based self-crowdfunding, where individuals buy or invest in shares sold by a company and receive a share of profits in the form of a dividend or distribution, the securities regulation code activity typically conducted through an online (SRC), and international best practices and standards, (Crowdfunding defined is a fundraising platform and usually for startups and SMEs, the fundraising approach involves three (3) parties, Namely: The Entrepreneur or project initiator; The supporters or those willing to fund the Entrepreneur’s business idea or project.  Supporters make their contributions or donations through online platforms.  Thereafter, the platforms coordinate and administer the fundraising activities. Subject to the company’s discretion and upon the completion of the PROGRAM.

I have fully read this agreement and disclaimer and fully agree on everything stated in this Terms and Conditions set-forth by the company.
